About SPADRA

SPADRA makes daily supplement protocols that arrive pre-sorted — every active for a given day sealed into a single pouch at its clinical dose, thirty pouches to a month.

The problem we set out to fix is mundane and very common: six bottles on the counter, a different cap for morning and night, and a dose you doubled by accident because you could not remember. Sorting that out by hand is the step most people quietly stop doing. So we do it before the box ships.

How a protocol is built

Each protocol is assembled from actives chosen for a stated role — substrate, cofactor, or precursor — and every product page names which is which, at what dose. There are no proprietary blends and nothing is included to pad a label.

Every protocol also carries a 30-60-90 day plan setting out what to expect and when, including the stretches where the honest answer is that consistency is the only thing worth measuring.
