Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment information when you place an order.
Assessment answers: the responses you give in our protocol assessment, which we use to recommend products and which may be attached to your order. The assessment is not a medical diagnosis.
Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and referring site, via cookies and similar technologies used by Shopify to run the storefront.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store your full card number.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship orders, provide customer support, recommend protocols, send marketing you have opted into, detect fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Advertising and analytics

Today this site uses Shopify (storefront, checkout, and native analytics) and Shopify Inbox (optional chat). We do not currently operate a Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads tag, TikTok pixel, or Klaviyo snippet on this storefront. If we add advertising or analytics tools later, we will name them here.

Who we share with

Service providers who help us operate: Shopify (store and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, and — if you use it — Shopify Inbox. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the Your Privacy Choices link or email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
