Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after the order ships, depending on the carrier and destination.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend them.
Shipping cost
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not advertise free shipping unless checkout shows a free rate for your address.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping may apply.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days and we will help you open a carrier claim.
Storage on arrival
Store your daily pouches in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
